We offer a 3-day return policy. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags and original packaging must be intact.

• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

• A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the issue) is mandatory for return and refund claims.

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:

• You ordered the wrong item or changed your mind.

• The product is not damaged or defective.

• A valid unboxing video is missing or incomplete.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, you’ll receive:

   • A return shipping label.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at contact@shopmitraa.in if:

• The item arrives damaged.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

• You received the wrong product.

A valid unboxing video is required for all such claims.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

1. Initiate a return for the original item.

2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before processing begins.

• Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

💰 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You’ll be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
